Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting AdidA Fallen Angel! As a small, independent creator, we take pride in offering made-to-order designs crafted with care. Since our items are custom-printed on demand, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Quality Guarantee

We strive for excellence in every product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@adidafallenangel.art with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement order at no extra charge
  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

2. Returns & Refunds

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind)
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads
  • Original artworks
  • Sticker packs
  • Gift cards
  • Items bought on sale

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days to initiate a claim.

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.


3. Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is lost or stolen after leaving our facility, we are not responsible.
  • Replacement orders are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Orders in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will either send a replacement or refund the lost item.

Returned to Sender

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection, or being unclaimed, we can assist with placing a new order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Color Variations

All products are printed using state-of-the-art printing processes, but slight color variations may occur due to production factors. These are normal and do not qualify as defects.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.
  • Non-returnable items sent back to us without approval will require postage payment to be resent to the customer.

6. Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit if an exchange is not possible

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange this.
