If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products please get InTouch within 15 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

Return Window: You can return purchased items within 14-21 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition
  • In the original packaging

Please note that the following items cannot be returned: digital items, original artworks, Sticker packs.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at We'll provide instructions on where to send your return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are dedicated to resolving any issues and ensuring our customers are delighted with their orders. If it's not feasible to send a replacement order promptly, or if your customers prefer a quicker resolution, please mention that when you contact us, and we'll process a refund for you.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll send an email to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
