2. Business Information & Transparency

AdidA Fallen Angel is a Montreal-based independent visual artist business. We operate on a print-on-demand model through trusted third-party providers such as Gelato and Printful. Production and shipping times depend on these providers, and we are not responsible for delays caused by them.

3. Use of the Website & Age of Consent

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Products & Services

  • Availability: All products are made to order and subject to availability.
  • Variations: Print-on-demand items may have slight variations in color and appearance.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Ordering & Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted system.
  • We do not store payment details.
  • Customers are responsible for any bank or payment provider transaction fees.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders require 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Estimated shipping times: Range from 3 to 21 business days depending on location and product. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
  • International Orders: May experience customs-related delays beyond our control.
  • A tracking number will be provided when available.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed shipments.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including artwork, designs, and branding, is owned by AdidA Fallen Angel and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec.
  • Disputes must first be resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting.
