Shipping Policy & Responsibilities

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Updates may vary depending on the destination country's postal service.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. If an order is marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges imposed by their country. We do not cover these costs.
  • Returns & Exchanges: As all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately.
